i worry so much about my health.
I have painful, long and heavy period. The pain which i had i felt in lower abdomen, sometimes on the lower right or left side and it goes to my lower back.
My period started 23rd September and it looked as normal period but after 3 days i started to feel pain which was sharp - this pain came and went out.
On Sunday 27th September i decided to go to the hospital on Tuesday (29th September) to speak to my Consultant if it doesn't stop and it didn't.
I went to the hospital and wanted to speak to him because i didn't feel so well - he decided to look at me as emergency case.
He has taken some swabs to exclude infection and made bi-manual examination.
On bi-manual examination he didn't feel any adnexal masses but there was only mild tenderness and no cervical excitation.
I didn't get results of taken swabs yet but i got prescription to buy some medications as my treatment - tranexamic acid, mefenamic acid and he told me to use combined oral contraceptive pills without making any break between first and second pack.
These medicine is prescribed to prevent menorrhagia.
I am bleeding still and it is already 18th day of my bleeding.
I feel so tired, fatigue and haven't enough strength to do anything right now.
I started to take iron for blood formation because i lost a lot of blood during this horrible bleeding.

My Consultant told me if i have any further issues he would be happy to see me sooner than in March then.

On Tuesday (13th October) i called colposcopy clinic as my consultant told me to do if i don't feel so good. i have still pain in my lower abdomen and on the right and left ovarian side but when i had bi-manual examination 29th September my consultant didn't feel any adnexal masses.
Medicine don't help me in that moment - i am bleeding yet. I spoke to colposcopy receptionist who went to my consultant and answered me by phone my consultant suggested he phones to gynaecological clinic so i have to wait for the appointment to gynaecological clinic right now.
today i went to work as i have always done it during this horrible period but after 2 hours of being and working over there i didn't feel so good - i felt pain again and started to have nausea
my supervisor decided me to go home and take a rest.

i am so fatigue and don't know what to think right now about this situation.
Today i rang to my company to let them know i don't feel so good and don't come to work.

hello Bob,

i try to do it but the best thing is to be in bed and not to do anything. I sent text message to Kathryn - she is a member on Jo's but not for a long time and she lives in Chorley as me - to ask her if she can go with me in the evening to A&E facility in Chorley Hospital. She tested me back she can so probably i get there in the evening to check what's happened i feel like that.

i think we are because of our problems and we can understand each other. We are going through horrible time sometimes and have own problems. We are afraid of every symptom when our body tries to send and tells something - bad thing is we need to fight sometimes to take seriously our problems by doctors.
I am happy i met girls from Jo's and know i have special friends who can understand me and can have a laugh with them too.

I spoke to Kathryn - she can go with me tomorrow night to A&E department in Chorley Hospital.
I hope i get certificate and take a little bit more of rest then.

I'm so pleased you are going to get your health looked at, I know we PM each other last night but I've been out all day and only just switched on.

I'm also glad you have someone to go with you for moral support.

Keep pushing and they will find it difficult to ignore you.

You must get this sorted out March is far to long to wait.

I hope you feel ok - probably stay very busy with things which are very important right now.

Tomorrow evening i go to A&E - i have to do it because don't know when i get appointment letter and which date i will see over there. I know i need help right now - i can't feel fatigue all the time - i want my normal life back again.
I will try to sort it out before March - it is very important to be happy again

Hello,

I went on Thursday to A&E in Chorley Hospital where they have done pragnancy test and took my blood for a test.
With my blood everything is fine, i am not pregnant about what i knew before.
I went to another one hospital to gynae clinic in Preston.
Doctor in Preston hospital didn't examine me to check if everything is ok and why i feel pain - only asked. If it gets so far in this way i have to think about another way how to check why i feel these pains still.
Doctor in gynae ward in the hospital wrote i have viral illness - headache, nausea, feling lethargic. Recent heavy prolonged pv bleed now settled.
wcc 9.7, hb 14.4 , plat 400, neu 6,56. previous triple swabs 29/09/09 negative.
She told me i need to take a rest for now and spend time at home. i should take paracetamol because i have temp. but it is not a big change.

Probably i do some gynae examination in Poland as ultrasound scan to check is everything is fine. I hadn't any pain at the hospital but after coming back i had and still have lower abdominal pain.
